Greg is a Shamanic Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator with a strong focus on Somatic Integration and Nature Connection. Using a combination of ancient and modern modalities and practices from his studies and travels around the world, learning techniques from the various shamans and healers he has encountered, Greg guides you on a transformational journey into the deepest parts of yourself. He has studied extensively in the arts of sound healing, energy healing, shamanic modalities, plant medicines, alchemical practices, yogic sciences, naturopathic health, indigenous nature connection and more. Using the principles of heart-based connection and ceremony, Greg weaves together a sacred container, allowing for a deeper connection to Self, Community, and Mother Nature. 

Greg believes that it is through the embracing of the full spectrum of the human experience that we allow for the reclamation of personal truth and a deeper connection to the heart. Through the creation of safe ceremonial containers, you are able to shed old layers, release and process stagnant energies/emotions, and gain direct access to the love that is the core of your being. Combining ancient and modern wisdom teachings and practices and the interconnection between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual landscapes of the human experience, you are able to meet yourself on the deepest levels of your being, allowing for a more fully authentic Self to emerge.

Breath by breath, moment by moment, your willingness to go into your own depths, to reclaim the buried treasures within you, and to integrate this wisdom into your life is what allows for your greatest unfolding to occur. It is in your ability to open to what is present, to allow it to be felt and experienced, and to fully receive the love that you deserve that creates Sacred Connection in your life.
