Hello!  I'm Millie - I am passionate about music and nature as tools for healing

I share my passionate love of nature and music as a path for healing, transformation and empowerment. As a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, improviser, inner voyager and workshop facilitator, I’m constantly exploring ways to deepen our connection to ourselves, each other and to life through sound and nature. 

I've been channelling my energy into creating a platform through which to support others: to create spaces (online and in-person), and give the tools and practices for you to alchemise pain and challenges into gold, break free of disempowering beliefs, and open to the divine wisdom and essence that lies within.

My intention is continue to create spaces for you to journey deep within and commune with the Source of your being.  There will be a variety of retreats and events coming, plus online courses, and occasional possibilities for 1-1 mentorship.

It will all be in support of you awakening into your true self, able to show up to life fully, freely and authentically you.
